CUSTOM CURTAINS DUBAI
Every curtain we supply is cut and sewn for one specific window. You choose the fabric, the heading style and the lining, and our Al Quoz workshop makes it to your exact sizes for offices, hotels, clinics, schools and showrooms across Dubai. Orders start from a single window.
Curtains Dubai at a glance
What Are Custom Curtains, and Why Choose Them?
Custom curtains are fabric window coverings made to the exact width and drop of your window instead of being bought in standard sizes. In Dubai, where strong sun, floor-to-ceiling glass and constant air conditioning shape how a room feels, made-to-measure curtains control heat and glare properly because they fit with no gaps at the sides or top.
For a business, made to measure also means one consistent look across every floor, fabrics that meet fire-safety requirements, and curtains that open and close smoothly for years. Fitting out a workplace? See our dedicated office curtains Dubai page for workspace layouts and packages.
Most commercial windows here need two things at once: daylight through the working day and full privacy or darkness when it counts. That is why many of our projects pair a sheer with a blackout layer on a double track, or add a motor so tall glass can be opened and closed at the touch of a button.

Five Curtain Heading Styles, All Made to Order
The heading is the top of the curtain, where it meets the track or rod. It decides how the folds fall, how the curtain stacks when open and how much fabric it needs.
01
Wave
Soft, continuous S-shaped folds that stack neatly to the side. Runs on a ceiling or wall track and is the easiest style to motorize.
Best for: offices, glass walls, hotel lobbies
02
Pinch Pleat
Fabric gathered into tailored groups of pleats at even spacing for a formal, structured finish.
Best for: boardrooms, executive offices, hotel suites
03
Eyelet
Metal rings set into the fabric slide straight along a rod, giving deep, even folds and easy hand operation.
Best for: training rooms, staff areas, schools
04
Pencil Pleat
Narrow gathered folds made with heading tape. A classic look that works on most tracks and window sizes.
Best for: clinics, meeting rooms, smaller windows
05
Box Pleat
Flat pleats folded back on themselves for a crisp, tailored line and a fuller appearance.
Best for: reception areas, showrooms, hospitality

Linings and fire safety
Lined, Unlined or Fire-Rated
Blackout lining
A dense backing sewn behind the main fabric. It blocks light, cuts solar heat through the glass and protects the face fabric from sun fading.
Unlined
The fabric hangs on its own for a lighter, softer drape and more daylight. The usual choice for sheers and many linens.
Fire-rated fabric
Certified fire-rated fabrics for hotels, hospitals, schools and other commercial buildings. We supply the certificate for your fit-out documents on request.
